The combination of calcium stearate and paraffin can show a strong synergistic effect, strengthen the lubrication effect, and greatly reduce the torque value of the material.
In the use of calcium stearate, matters needing attention: 1. When preparing transparent products, be careful not to add too much, otherwise it will lead to poor transparency. 2. When used as a calcium-zinc stabilizer, the ratio should be appropriate to ensure the balance between initial thermal stability and yellowing resistance. 3. When preparing the lead salt stabilizer, if the proportion of calcium stearate is too high, it is easy to appear plasticizing corners, resulting in a decrease in the strength of mechanical products. 4. The addition of calcium stearate will affect the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, and the amount of stabilizer should be increased appropriately when using it.
